Room Rates:
- Daily Room Rate (Single - up to 30 people)—$250-$350/day
- Daily Room Rate (Double - up to 50 people)—$450-$650/day
- Daily IT Lab Rental—$650
Note: All room rates include tables and chairs, projector screen, whiteboard with markers and one flip chart. Overhead projectors and TV/VCR are available at no charge upon request.
Additional Charges:
- Set up fee—$50/room
- LCD projector—$90/day
- Phone access—$50/day
- Internet access—$50/day
- Early entry (before 8 a.m.)—$30/day
- Cleaning fee (if necessary)—$75/day
- Flip charts (first chart is free)—$25/each extra chart
